On October 18, 2008, Capital City Events coordinated the Freedom Dinner fundraiser for the International Rescue Committee. The event was held at the beautiful Barber Park Event facility. The weather was absolutely incredible and they raised a good portion of their fundraising goal, despite the incredible economic crisis that had occurred the weeks prior to their gala.
